Explore what I offer

Wednesdays 17.15-18.30
Rört, Thoravej 35

Explore the felt sense of being a body. We use yoga poses and flows to open our bodies and then we follow the movement impulses coming from within. Allowing the practice to meet our needs moment to moment. We acces the practice from a certain bodypart or element - fx our skin, lungs, heart, or bones.

Saturdays 14.00-15.15
Rört, Thoravej 35

Embrace intensity as well as freedom in this practice that combines workout and free movement. I love it - diving into repetitions and riding the waves of the release that comes after.

Shake the Dust comes from Authentic Flow Tribe and has become popular around the world.

Workshop
Copenhagen

Come into your body, to then meet other bodies. This is a space for slowness and curiosity. Being present with the subtle sensations in your body and your partner’s body. We begin with an embodied yoga flow practice and then we meet other bodies through gentle exercises.

Weekly classes
Copenhagen Area

Transition from work to leisure with yoga. Breathe, move, stretch to come into your body and experience more presence and calmness as you head into the evening.

I teach yoga for employees in all sorts of organisations and companies.

Monday the 5th of May 2025

Immerse yourself into a yoga flow under the tree branches. Having a sense of growing roots alongside the tree roots.
Flow from pose to pose with your senses, your breath, your body and a beautiful group of naturelovers.

3 day forest retreat
Sjælland

Meet nature. On the this retreat we will sense how it is to be a body in nature and allow for the nature to calm and open us. We will create bonfires, meditate, do yoga, sleep under the stars. And we will follow the invitations of the season.
