Would you like to awaken your senses to the nature of the woods? Be a moving, breathing body in the surroundings of the sea and forest? Gather around the fire to sing and share? Sleep under the night sky? Let nature be your host and explore its gifts?
You are invited for A TREAT IN THE WOODS - a 3 day retreat in Stokkebjerg Skov with ecosomatic explorations, authentic flow yoga, and nature meditation.
As we reach the fall equinox, nature tells the story of transition. The leaves change color. Light hours equal the dark hours. The plants draw their nourishment down into the roots. Let’s witness and explore how those changes might mirror our inner nature.
LOCATION
We will be in Stokkebjerg Skov - a forest by Isefjord on western Zealand. It is beech tree forest by the sea. There is small beaches and the terrain is hilly with rippling streams.
Stokkebjerg Skov is a one-hour drive from Copenhagen. The easiest way to get there is to fill up cars and drive there.
FOOD and SLEEPING
We will make vegetarian dishes over the bonfire led by our chef. There will tarps for you to sleep under. It can be a magnificent experience to sleep under the sky like that. If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring your own tent.
